3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number and a link to our tracking portal. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at brivamwork@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a solution.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
